Terms:

  1. Purchaser is responsible for all sales, use, excise or other taxes applicable to the sale or use of the products purchased.
  2. Purchaser shall pay freight charges on all wholesale shipments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  3. All payments are due in full within 30 days after shipment of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing. A 1½% monthly finance charge will be added to past due amounts.
  4. Purchaser certifies that the recordings purchased from Imagina are for purposes of resale.
  5. This agreement and all transactions for purchases of goods from Imagina Productions, Inc., shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Imagina will replace any defective product returned by purchaser within 30 days of sale. In no event shall any liability of Imagina exceed the amount paid by purchaser for the goods purchased.
